Owner of RISK Gallery & Boutique, located at 232 Varet Street in Bushwick, New York.
At age 5, Lindsay debuted her artistic talents by winning the coloring contest at a local Wal-Mart in Michigan, where she was born and raised. At age 7, she won 1st place in the art competition of her grade school, which opened the floodgates to her artistic path.
Lindsay’s wandering eye for beauty defines her and her creations; she creates what she wants to see on all media, in all mediums, no limits. Lindsay is best known for her use of color through abstract impressions. Her work depicts actual life experiences that are portrayed through words and collages using a diverse pallet.
Lindsay moved to New York City and attended FIT, where she graduated with honors in 2005. After College, Lindsay worked for Gerber Group/W Hotels for 9 years. She worked from the ground up in all facets, ultimately becoming the Project Manager for Gerber Group for the opening of the W Hotel in Santiago, Chile.
Lindsay has been featured for her creativity and design in publications such as Vogue, Blackbook Magazine, Bushwick Daily, Posture, Paper Magazine, 944 Magazine, Nearsay.com, Casas, Placere’s, Figuero and UVa.
The mission of Rosy Bleu is to express artwork through all channels. Lindsay brings canvas, apparel, walls and furniture back to life through inspiration, color and creativity. Throughout her journey, some days have been Rosy, some days have been Bleu.
